Drafting Xpertise have been working within the construction industry for over 30 years providing a wide range of Architectural Design & Drafting Services. We specialise in design for new build houses, additions, alterations and smaller works, no job is too small. We also have design experience on bigger projects such as high-density apartment dwellings & commercial projects such as residential care buildings and warehouses.

Commercial Architectural Design
Our experience in this type of design are on buildings that have residential use combined with commercial aspects such as apartment blocks with shops & care facilities for the elderly. We have also undertaken design of warehouses for commercial use.
Renovation Drafting
We have great knowledge of existing older houses understanding how they go together, how changing existing houses can affect the integrity of the building and how to meet the building code. We work with the client to bring their ideas to fruition and offer ideas on how to do that, we can also offer solutions from scratch.
Architectural Design New Builds
We can offer a full design or work with the client to bring to life their vision. Our goal is to ensure the client gets exactly what they want and provide the best experience possible in doing so.
